Personal Experience:
Jacque grew up on her family’s Carbon County ranch outside of Belfry, where she still lives and is raising her family. Her family has lived in south-central Montana since all four sets of her great grandparents homesteaded in the area starting in the early 20thcentury. Jacque joined the firm in 2010 after graduating magna cum laude from the University of Idaho College of Law. She is admitted to practice in both state and federal courts in both Montana and Idaho. Jacque regularly appears before federal and state courts, as well as before various administrative bodies in representing her clients’ interests. Jacque’s practice focuses on litigation, administrative and regulatory law, and real property transactions. When not practicing law, Jacque attempts to keep up with her husband and two children’s various activities, and assists her family in ranch operations.
